Needs Analysis & Professional Profile
We discuss the employer's specific staffing needs, including qualifications, language requirements, experience, and area of work, and create a suitable candidate profile.
Selection of Suitable Applicants
We search for and assess suitable applicants from Sri Lanka for various fields such as nursing, electrical work, automotive mechatronics, skilled trades, hotels, hospitality, and other sectors.
Document Check & Candidate Profiles
We review available documents such as CVs, certificates, training records, professional experience, and language certificates, and prepare clear candidate profiles for employers.
Language Preparation
We support candidates in developing job-related German skills according to the target profession and official requirements, for example at B1 or B2 level.
Career Preparation & Technical Training
Applicants are prepared for professional requirements in Germany, such as workplace communication, work culture, teamwork, interviews, and industry-specific language.
Recognition & Qualification Assessment
For regulated professions, especially nursing, we support the preparation of documents for the recognition procedure. For non-regulated professions, we check whether recognition is useful or required.
Visa, Entry & Onboarding
We provide organizational support in preparing relevant documents for visas, entry, and the start in Germany. This includes initial orientation, communication, and preparation for the start of work or training.
