Activation and Vocational Integration

Planned Services – Subject to the Required Approval

Sprachhafen is developing individual activation and vocational integration programmes in accordance with Section 45 of the German Social Code Book III (SGB III).

The services are intended for people seeking vocational training, jobseekers, unemployed individuals and people at risk of unemployment who require individual support with personal stabilisation, vocational orientation, job applications, entering employment or starting a business.

The approach is comprehensive and person-centred. In addition to vocational integration, it considers personal, linguistic, social and practical challenges that may prevent sustainable participation in vocational training or employment.

These services are currently in preparation. They will only be provided once the required provider certification and programme approval have been obtained and individual funding has been authorised by the relevant Employment Agency or Jobcentre.

  • Valid certification of Sprachhafen as an approved provider
  • Approval of the specific programme
  • Compatibility of the programme with the participant’s approved funding objective
  • Individual authorisation or formal commissioning
  • Written confirmation of funding
Where full funding is approved, participants will generally not incur any programme fees.

Current Status

The programmes under Section 45 SGB III are currently being developed and prepared for the required approval process. Registration or participation using an Activation and Placement Voucher will only be possible once provider certification and programme approval have been obtained.
